Boost Your Immunity Naturally

Dreading the flu season for you and your family? Your Immune system is your best defense against seasonal bugs and it’s your key to long term health. Supporting your immune system naturally will help you manage viruses now and help prevent autoimmune disorders and other illnesses later. In this class you will learn:

  • What foods naturally boost the immune system and how to use them
  • Natural anti fungals, ant-bacterials, and anti-virals
  • How an overall holistic approach supports immunity

As a bonus, you will receive a cooking demo and some of my favorite healing recipes and remedies that I use for myself and my family, incorporating foods of the Fall season.
