Eliza Chan, LMT

Eliza Chan, LMT, MS

A 1999 graduate of Seattle Massage School, Eliza has gained valuable experience from diverse instructors, over nearly two decades of practicing modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, Myofascial release, Lomi Lomi and trigger point therapy, among others.
Her athletically motivated, active lifestyle has informed her massage techniques as she
considers occupational and repetitive stress cycles involved in specific sports and careers. This holistic approach allows each massage session to be individually tailored to the soft tissue needs of the client, while evaluating range of motion goals, via better alignment and body mechanics, while eliminating triggers.
In 2017 Eliza completed a Master of Science degree in Fashion Design and is currently a full time Clothing Designer. She enjoys cycling, DIY, art & design and being outdoors with her daughters and Australian Shepard.

Testimonial:  “I think that was the best massage I’ve ever gotten in my entire life!”  – Liza Herschel
