Integrative full body massage that will include a combination of modalities discussed at the beginning of the session. This may or may not include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching and or compression.

80 min massage with cupping $170

This is a 50 minute integrative massage with the addition of cups applied to 1-2 areas of the body. The cups will provide an additional form of treatment to specific areas of concern.

50 min cupping $75

Dry cupping applied to 2-3 specific areas of the body. This session involves minimal hands on soft tissue work. Dry cupping is an ancient technique that has been refined and is used in this context to address specific concerns by treating the connective tissue specifically.

80 min massage & reiki $155

This is a 50 minute integrative massage with 30 minutes of reiki energy work to conclude the session.

50 min reiki session $90

Reiki is a Japanese modality that encourages the body and spirit to heal themselves through our own connection to the universal energy around us. It is very meditative and relaxing. The practitioner applies light touch and focused concentration to address specific concerns or to provide general balance and healing.
